Dedicated Private Off Street Driveway Parking

Fully Refundable Damage Deposits are returned to guest within 7 days after vacating property if no damage happened in the unit during guest stay.   Any damage over $50 will be subtracted from any remaining deposited amount.  Any damage that is over $501 will be billed to guest.  We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

We have a Pack and Play crib/playpen inside the cottage for your use.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT: Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and advance Host approval. Unauthorized late checkout is charged at $50 per hour, or portion thereof, after the scheduled checkout time. If a late departure prevents or materially disrupts a same-day incoming reservation, additional documented costs or losses may apply.

I’m an experienced local host and longtime Orange County resident. I’m also an avid gardener, and much of the landscaping and garden setting surrounding Enchanting Garden Cottage reflects my personal love of gardening.

I live in the front residence on the property, so I’m nearby if assistance is needed while respecting my guests’ privacy and independence.

I personally prepare and thoroughly clean the cottage between reservations and take pride in providing a comfortable, well-maintained and welcoming place for my guests to stay.

I’m happy to help with questions about the area, restaurants, shopping or getting around during your stay.
