Violation of Any Of The Following House Rules, may result in immediate cancellation of Guest's booking without any refund, upon Host's sole discretion.

No Candles, Vaping, or Smoking Anywhere On Property


Pets: Only dogs are allowed to stay here. Owner is allergic to cats. If your dog is under 25 pounds, well behaved and not frequent barkers, they are preapproved. We have a designated doggy potty space outside for pet restroom. Do not use yard grass as a pet bathroom (please see photo of grass that has been urinated on). Guest cost of grass restoration per spot is $75. If your dog uses puppy pads inside the cottage, that is ok. Other than that, please ask if it is ok to bring your particular breed and size pet with you before booking. Do Not Use Inside Shower To Bathe Dog. Do not leave your pet unattended inside the cottage unless dog is crated, nor let dog freely roam the yard or anywhere outside due to city and management restrictions. Pets should always be on leash when outdoors. There are very hungry coyotes and other wild animals in the area that can seriously hurt your animal, so please keep dog on leash and supervised in and out of the yard at all times.


Wildlife: You may see or encounter occasional wildlife animals such as coyotes, skunks, mountain cats, or our wild resident bunny rabbit, possums, small lizards, raccoons, squirrels, bugs etc during your stay. Do NOT FEED these animals, please! Be vigilant about not leaving any food stuffs outdoors. Always deposit garbage into large garbage container bins located behind front house.


Note: Insects may be encountered outside (like any place on earth) and opening or leaving front door open will invite them in, as well as wildlife critters. Should you find any bugs or critters inside the cottage once you've entered for the first time, and you find any evidence of such, you have allowed them to come in uninvited and Host shall not be held responsible for insect or animal entry into the home. However, Host will provide assistance in removing same upon guest request. The water fall and stream have been turned off due to water breeding mosquitos. We have provided mosquito spray found inside the bathroom vanity cabinet for your use should you so choose to use.


Note: Due to some guest allergy issues, pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and, bed & bath linens are not to be used as a dog bed. No more than 1 pet can stay at cottage at any one time. Upon your request, we can provide a dog rug/bed for the floor, and puppy type floor pads for your use. Just outside the front door inside the plastic cabinet you will find disposable doggy poo bags for your use as well. Please dispose of used puppy pads and poo bags in the large garbage containers located in back of front house beside entry walkway.


Take care to dispose of cooking or any grease into trash, not down the drains. Likewise, do not flush any other waste (other than human) down toilet. Clearing of any toilet or waste drain clogs will be entirely at guest expense that can range from $150 to $500/incident/drain.


Maid Service: Weekly maid service is not priced into our rates, so if you'd like weekly maid service check with Mary to set it up for you, at additional cost. We have provided a full set of clean bed linens in the bottom closet built in drawers for your use if your booking is more than one week in duration.


Hair Dye Usage: Please do not use hair dye in Spa Shower as the back travertine wall can be stained permanently.


No parties or events allowed unless preapproved by Property Management onsite. No photo ops are approved, unless otherwise approved by Host.
